Redeem the brand's experience codes

Smartbox Android is the official app from the most famous giftbox company. Its primary function is to allow users to redeem the codes contained in the boxes and book experiences, getaways, or adventures.

Book your experience on the go

To use this app, we first have to download Smartbox for free and then create an account. Next, we need to register the giftbox using the alphanumeric voucher code. We can enter it manually or scan the bar code using the phone's camera.

The interface will show us a list of experiences and getaways linked to the code. However, it doesn't feature a search engine or a filter for us to view the experiences by category. This makes it more difficult to use and to navigate.

With the Smartbox app, it’s so easy to register, select, book, exchange and redeem your experience.

Once we have found an experience that interests us, we will be able to make the booking directly from the app. Moreover, sometimes we get the chance to broaden the experience (for a small fee, of course).

In short, if we have been gifted a Smartbox APK experience box, with this app we will be able to book the activity we find most appealing from our phone. It is undoubtedly a good idea, but there is room for improvement in the execution.
